How Do You Know If an AP Caster Should Go Mana, CDR, AP, Or All Three?

It depends on your play style. There are so many different types of AP Champions that can be played so many different ways. For example I personally play Ahri two ways Move speed/CDR which is my kiting build and Health/AP which is my jump in the middle of the fight and melt faces build. Or if you need to counter a talon middle and he hard counters your pick, you may need to rush an armor item and catalyst just so he is not able to burst you down at lvl 6. Please be more specific by maybe asking about a certain champion match up =)?

1. Can a spell caster do a love spell for someone if that person doesn't have a photo of the person?

Usually.When casting a spell, the caster needs to be able to connect to the target at the spiritual or psychic level. This requires having enough information about them to single them out from all the other spirits and make sure the energy is directed properly. The more information we have about the person we are targeting, the better we are at pinpointing them and making sure the full force of the spell is sent in their direction. A name and a face is very helpful for achieving this.If you do not have a picture, it is probably okay. Just supply as much information as you can about the person. Their name is essential, but other information like birth date, hometown, place of residence, significant people in their lives, workplace or school, important events, and so on are very useful

2. How do you know if an AP caster should go mana, CDR, AP, or all three?

I do it based on the champion. For example for morgana I go movement speed quints, for champs like ahri and tf I go flat ap quints for easier last hitting. And when I am expected to lose lane I like to rune magic resist red and blues

3. If you cast Blink, do spells with visual/physical effects centered on the caster follow you to the Ethereal Plane?

Effects move with you if they targeted you (Self or you targeted yourself as the creature targeted), but not if you cast a spell on a target area/location or other creature.Mirror Image and Warding Wind move with you (Range: Self)Project Image does not (Range: 500 miles)Floating Disc does not (Range: 30 feet), kinda...However, Floating Disc is a force effect, so the disc itself would exist in both the material and ethereal planes. As such, it would try to follow you in the ethereal plane, but would be restricted by both objects on the material plane and objects on the ethereal. You will have to avoid material plane pits and walls. (I am not 100% sure what would happen if you CAST Floating Disc on the ethereal, whether it would be purely on the ethereal, or also on the material. ).

4. Can the Dragon's Breath spell damage enemies with no clear path to the caster?

The PHB states (p. 204; emphasis mine):This means, that the effect Dragon's Breath can be blocked by total cover.Additionally, the target of the spell being cast is only relevant to the willing creature that will be using the AoE effect of the spell.The Cover rules also state that they will gain a bonus on Dexterity saving throws to avoid such effects (p. 196)However, the spell still affects those in the area even if they make a successful save

5. When caster is controlled by a strut rod:?

ase testing is never easy..but if you study for them you will generally be prepared enought to answer on your own and wont have to rely on yahoo answers to help you

6. What are some simple cookie recipes?

No idea about the eggs, maybe just add more milk, or whip the milk a bit to make it frothy?? Peanut Butter Cookies: 1 cup (260g) crunchy peanut butter 1 cup (200g) brown sugar 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda 1 egg, lightly beaten 1 cup (185g) dark choc bits Preheat oven to 180C. Line base of 2 baking trays with non-stick baking paper. Using electric beaters, cream butter, vanilla and brown sugar in a large bowl until smooth (do not overbeat). Beat in egg. (or frothy milk lol) Sift flours and cocoa together. Add flour mixture and choc bits to butter mixture, stir well to combine. Place tablespoons of mixture onto prepared trays, leaving about 6cm between each. Bake, in batches, for 12-15 minutes or until just firm on the surface. Stand cookies on tray for 5 minutes then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. If you do not have brown sugar that's fine, it's probably better with regular or caster anyway. And you could add oats, cinnamon and vanilla it would be nice.
