KC Royals- Solid young team if they stick with their young players and they develop they can become a good team Washington Nats- I think they have a very good offense and if their young pitcher can improve next year and they can get some relievers they will be a decent team Pittsburgh Pirates- Will having losing seasons for another 20 years Baltimore O's- Should petition to get out of the AL East they will never win there Cincinnati Reds- Have been the epitome of a .500 team for a few years now they have some good young players on both sides of the ball though so the talent is there to take the next step.
